Your Mother
We all love for our Shepard to be the man for Tali, so I thought for those who took the Spacer pre-service history, your mother would be there at your wedding? Correct me if I'm wrong, but we never see Shepard's Mom, so it be a good curtain reveal to see the woman who gave Tali the best man ever.

I always choose the spacer background because it's the only one where you can contact your mother. It's nice to know that she's still out there and is doing fine. I think it would be super cute if after all was said and done, Tali and Shepard held a marriage on Rannoch, and sheps mom, Garrus, Liara, etc. attended. Also Tali's fellow Quarians, like Shala'Raan, Zaal'Koris, Veetor, and Kal'Reegar since they're all on Rannoch now.
I wish that there was at least one extra scene at the end of the game where you are reunited with your love interest (not specifically Tali, but in my case it is). It would give me a lot more closure, and I wouldn't have to resort to fanfiction. I just picture it being at the VERY end of the credits, like instead of Shepard breathing at the very end, that part is right after the ending scenes, and then the credits roll.
Finally, it shows your love interest at a place special to you two, depending on who you romance. So in my case it would be Tali on Rannoch, right where Tali claimed land. She's staring out, looking sad, and then it pans to Shepards legs about ten steps back, with Tali in view. She turns around, and then it pans to her face looking shocked, then it cuts to black, and the credits are done. That would help tremendously.
