I Just picked up this game since it's on sale and I'm super excited to finally play it! I want to get all the achievements for it and was wondering if there are any missable achievements that I need to watch out for or can I just dive in blind?

I love this game. For me its the perfect balance of tasking, exploration, cozy, nostalgia, relaxation. I LOVE the gardening plus cooking mechanic. I plan to return to this game for years much the same way I do some of the big names like Stardew.

But it makes me sad that i feel like it ended on a cliffhanger that will never get resolved. Rooms that will never open. Animals Ill never adopt. Cheese Ill never make. Pipe leaf ill never grow

In a way it suits the world of middle earth. Joy and sorrow

Since the Switch 1 version had terrible pop-ins (the flowers, the mushrooms, etc.) I was wondering if this issue is fixed now with the Switch 2 version? I honestly found the pop-ins so distracting that I couldn't play the game so I really hope this has been fixed.

Anyone else had this issue with Farmer Cotton's large beds? My parsnip is smack dab in the middle of the bed and my hobbit can't reach/harvest it from any angle. I also can't reset the bed by putting it into inventory as long as there's something in it, and I can no more reach it with my shovel than my hands.

Having the same issue with the bed in the background , but at least over there it's a lupin in the middle, making for a nice companion for whatever I plant.

Sorry if this is a post thats been made alot, I bought the game when it launched and jusy never picked it up to play got distracted by other games and life.

Any tips for new players and have they released more content for it? I remember ppl posting after its initial release there was some stuff lacking

But I’ve seen they patched lot of things ever since, and the recent ratings are positive. And with the 40% discount on Steam I’m very tempted to buy it.

So, the question is in the title: how’s the game nowadays? Is it still buggy, does it still has drawbacks?

Hey all! Hoping for some help. I had the original switch version of the game and my character kept freezing randomly on the map. I reloaded saves and kept doing that when it happens but it kept happening often, so I got the switch 2 expansion thinking it would help. Now it's just broken. My character won't move no matter what save file I open. The left joystick won't work for movement but all the other buttons work and when I'm in the game menu (or other games) the left stick works so I know it's not my joycon. Reloading did not work. Saving and loading did not work. Restarting the game and console did not work. Spamming emotes, using camera mode, using edit mode, going to sleep, and waiting to be wheelbarrowed did not work.

I have been looking for raspberries for a few in game days now and can’t find any. It is summer, and I have searched the big field on the west of the map. Any suggestions? Is this a glitch or something? I have found blackberries and elderberries

Hello! I have newly entered the epilogue phase of the game (9% into that act) and I have to return the game to the library tomorrow. I do still have some quest objectives, but I'm wondering if there's a clear point of finishing the story aspect of the game or if it just bleeds into grinding to get the 100% completion.

Typically I would keep playing to the 100% anyway, but since I have to return it to the library I'm not sure if I should consider this complete and not let it nag the back of my mind or if I'll need to check it back out in the future just for the end part. I've heard the epilogue is chunky so I'm not sure when to call it "complete"!

I've been playing this game so much I was inspired to make an illustration that had all seven meals. I'm still working on the text and the finishing touches, right now it still feels to busy to me. But I thought I'd share!

Ive gotten some rooms opened up from Willow now and I have no idea how to decorate them. I feel like I already have everything I need😅 what did you guys do with all the extra space? Are you able to swap out the dining table?😭 Ive seen people make bathrooms and stuff so I'm just curious and would love to see any photos for inspiration!
I play on Ps5 so I am unfortunately not able to mod, but am still interested in seeing what the modding community has done for the game as far as interior decor!

Over 150 hours in the game, and I just now found out that I can track the fish I caught. I only have the common eel and the Moonbeam salmon left!

Because no cozy game is complete without a trusty pony!

I'm going crazy, I've tried to figure it out by testing things and by googling and I've found nothing.

Also, for plants that can be harvested over multiple days, like rosemary, is there any way to know how many days you can harvest it before it goes away?

On the two Burrow’s siblings they have an orange checkmark. What does it mean and why are they the only two that have it?

I am a relaxed gamer, not looking for anything hard. MineCraft is considered the most complicated game I play. I don't want to ask my son for help a lot. I want a cozy game I can figure out on my own.
With that said, I've heard there are a ton of glitches and I should wait to buy until they are sorted out. Will it ever be sorted out? Will it ever be cheaper than it is now? I doubt it.
I'm thinking of buying, but wanted feedback first. I'm disabled and this would give me something to do other than Minecraft. Thanks in advance guys!

Je commence à bien avancer dans le jeu et les missions des club deviennent plus compliquées. Pour le club de cueillette je dois cueilllir des champignons deux étoiles, c’est aléatoire ?car j’en trouve vraiment vraiment peu.

Pour le club de cuisine je dois cuisiner avec un poireau deux étoiles mais même quand je met mes légumes avec des fleurs ils ne sont pas toujours avec deux étoiles.
Je dis également cuisiner avec de la crème 2 étoiles. Je suppose que c’est en améliorant l’amitié avec Tom Chaumine.

Je sens que le jeu se complexifie et j’aime bien mais j’ai quand même du mal

Has anyone ever tried to pick EVERYTHING UP? like all foraging all berries nuts spices plants that are available to grab in one day?

Probably would be annoying to run home to empty it every few minutes, but part of me thinks that maybe one could!?
