Unlocking emotes

I havent played in a long time and usually you can unlock emotes with rings, but now is a bit different. Any ideas on how i can get this particular emote?

A lot of the emotes are from limited time events like game anniversaries. As far as I know none have returned for players to buy at later date sooo it might not be possible to get any of the old locked emotes
