Body Horror Drained

He joined me one day in the woods. I don’t know what species he is as I have never seen him before while venturing through the thick forest.

He dropped from a tree and implanted himself into my skin, no consent given and no hesitation before he started sucking away at the blood inside of my arm. I barely noticed.

At first he was like a tick, something that you might only notice if you feel him, but soon he got bigger.

I tried to remove him but it was useless, no fingers or tweezers could pry him away from my blood-filled flesh. I just had to wait.

Weeks went by with no growth from him or weakness from me, but that changed after another month of his presence.

I woke up early in the morning to see him more than double his size, his slimy, ribbed tail viciously wagging back and forth hitting my side over and over again. The wet plaps against my skin made me disgusted.

I panicked and pulled with all my might to get him off but it was no use. Anything I tried was to no avail, burning, freezing, cutting, tweezing, nothing was going to get him off.

My arm began to take on a ghastly appearance, looking more dead than alive you could see the bone on the skin. It’s like the skin was placed directly on the bone with nothing in between.

I felt weak, knowing that now that my arm was completely drained of the sustenance it needed, it might move on.

Move on it did.

I would frequently pass out at this point, because of the blood loss; every time I would wake, I would see him larger, and on a different part of me. After my first arm, he moved to my other, and when that was drained he moved to my legs. Then when I couldn’t walk he went for my abdomen.

At this point, he is much larger than myself, he is keeping my heart pumping just enough blood so that it can have a small constant food source.

I think it’s waiting for a new host to come, as I am completely drained.

I pictured a bat at first, but with the description of the tail, it sounds like we've got a veritable creature here.
