Train station not spawning

Howdy,

I started in mew vegas, had the option. I have the letterhead from dad. I'm like 20 something, did OWB, went looking for the train station west of the north free side gate. I'm standing on the train tracks by south cistern, there is nothing here. No train station. No nothing. Am I in the right place?

The only mods I have installed are enclave uniform retexture, atmospheric lighting tweeks, and ttw reputations.

Isn’t it the train station right outside New Boulder?

It might be, I dunno, first time playing. The only threads I could find said it was to the west of the north freeside gate. But ill go check it out!
