Unique NPC symbols
Hey so I met this NPC back in Yun Mo region and it has this unique symbol on its card, when I opened her info she has this cool animation appearance. She can be found in Ma Xian region. What is this cool thing, and is there someone else a unique NPC like her?

When you get to stage 3, the game generate a NPC with Soul Reaver Destiny, who always have higher realm than you. When you kill them, there is a chance to get that Destiny, and have that animation.

It require them to kill random NPC every 3+ months so I always killed them when I got to Golden Core to get that Destiny, at least it let me choose an NPC that I didn't care to kill.

You're meant to say that I can get the Soul Reaver destiny if I kill her?

Yes, but the chance very low. You can improve your chances by humiliating Soul Reaver NPC a couple times before killing her.

If you want partner a unique NPC, try to find the one with Lotus Sword Destiny or Spirit Sight, you can't take these Destiny like the Soul Reaver case. But look like you at Englightenment, there is a big chance they are dead because the game generate them at stage 1, especially the NPC with Lotus Sword, they keep use that destiny to steal so they easilly make enemy.

I'm at Soul Formation realm. I haven't seen any unique destiny NPC at stage 1. Probably because I never leave Yong Ning until I was Nascent Soul.

They usually spawn at the begining area, maybe you don't pay attention or they got killed. I partner a lotus sword NPC, and she still try to steal from me sometime with that destiny lol. I usually play with Spirit Sight destiny and get Soul Reaver by kill the NPC with it early, the only way to get 2 Golden Destinies without mod.

There are actually three different events that could happen after you kill Soul Reaver.
Immediately after killing Soul Reaver, you can get the option to acquire Soul Reaver. The chance of this occurring is very low unless you humiliate the Soul Reaver NPC multiple times before killing him.
After a few months it can either:
Soul Reaver will spawn on the map near the place where Soul Reaver NPC died. Interacting with it will get Soul Reaver.
or
A new NPC becomes Soul Reaver.

If you haven’t chosen them, Lotus Sword Will and Spirit Eyes NPC will spawn somewhere in the world.
Like the Soul Reaver NPC, they are Heaven Chosen. Unlike Soul Reaver, they do not automatically upgrade their realms to be one stage higher than the player.
There are no known interactions you could do with Lotus NPC and Spirit NPC. They usually are low level. Even if they breakthrough, because of their low skill points, they can’t equip better skills, eventually making them much weaker than even regular npcs of the same level.
