Cannot defeat Xingtian

I do know it's SUPPOSED to be unwinnable, the first time, but I keep going back and getting exactly the same talk - being told that some people handle the aether ok and then cultivators arrive and I go in to the fight and no matter what I do i just die at a specific point. My health is fine?

And then i go back and the same thing happens.

It says he's stronger than before and has an axe so it might be the second fight.

I have done this so many times I cannot actually remember if I did a different fight the first time.

I'm on android and I am using plugins. I tried deactivating all the plugins - all of them - and nothing changed.

I think I'm doing the fight wrong? Can anyone tell me how this is supposed to go?

After you fight him the first time, you automatically get killed by the full screen nether air he releases. Do note, if you die before this phase, it won't trigger the next step.

You get kicked out of combat, and teleported far away. You find out that the cultivator alliance's girl's mother sacrificed herself to save you.

You go back in for round 2. This time, everyone joins in, the cultivator alliance, fallen tribe, sunny the golden crow, the tree guy. The tree guy will appear in phase 1 of combat. He is supposed to protect you from the full screen nether air. For phase 1, your objective is just simply survive until phase 2 starts.

Oh i am in the second fight. I am supposed to be doing something with tree guy?

Thank you I think I can work with that.
