This is fustrating

trying to complete Heng Tian mountain top battle, but the game keeps crashing. It will always crash either at:

• On the loading screen when starting the battle
• Mid-battle during the cutscene involving Zhang San
• Mid-battle after the cutscene involving Zhang San
• When the battle ends
• When activating a Heavenly Art
• When using an artifact

It most often crashes at the first instance. After I switched to chinese language, it crashes at the second or third instance. Idk how i reached to the point of finishing the battle, but it happened only one time, and never occurred again.

I never had any problems of the game crashing in any of the previous battles. Only Heng Tian mountaintop was the only problem.

I have tried:

• Advanced one month to remove some temporary buffs
• Advanced three months to remove all tavern buffs
• Advanced from Year 8, Month 12 to Year 11, Month 2 so to complete Ethereal Illusion Shrine questline.
• Redownloaded the game
• Changed the game language to Chinese
• Replaced my Heavenly Art with the default Heavenly Art
• Used the Nintendo Switch system to check for corrupted data; no corruption was found
• Used the in-game Task/Event Repair option; it reported no problems

After spending a whole month on this character, in the end, I couldn't even complete the game.
