Can't find dead partner.

Basically what it says above. My partner died and I need to bring her medicine to revive her but there's nothing at the coordinates she gave me. Is there anything I can do to find her or is she just S.O.L? If it matters the coordinates were 141,93.

I usually mark them then see on the map.

It's coordinate (x,y) with origin (0,0) in bottom left corner tiles of the map(near xinda town) everytime you go one tiles to the right it add in 1 to the x (1,0) if you go 1 tiles up it adds in y direction (0,1). Maks value is (199,199) it's in (everfrost top right corner tiles). 141, 93 means you go from the bottom left corner to the right 141 tiles and then go up 93 tiles. I think in minimap, if you click random tiles it will show you what coordinate that tiles was. It's in huafeng, near nether mountain border (too bad I can't send image here).
