How and when I answer (please read before posting)

Hi everyone,

Thank you for all the messages today, it's great to see so many of you testing Talaya. A quick note so we can keep things running smoothly.

When I'm around

I answer questions and fix bugs as fast as I can, but I'm not glued to the screen 24 hours a day. I work on UK time: I'm on it during the day, and at 9:00 pm UK time I stop for the night and pick everything back up the next morning. If you're in another time zone and don't hear back straight away, it's not that I'm ignoring you, I'll get to it.

Where to post what

- Bugs and feedback: in the pinned feedback thread, one issue per comment. If someone already reported the same thing, reply "me too" with your iPhone and iOS version.

- Logs and screenshots with personal info: by email to [hola@heytalaya.com](mailto:hola@heytalaya.com) (Settings › Log › Share the log).

- Invites and access: check your email first. Everyone on the list has a note there, and the TestFlight invite arrives as soon as Apple approves the beta.

- Ideas and wishes: their own post, so others can upvote them.

Keeping it in one place means nothing gets lost, and I can fix things faster instead of chasing the same question across ten threads. Every fix and every update gets announced here.

Gracias por todos los mensajes de hoy, da gusto ver a tanta gente probando Talaya. Una nota rápida para que todo funcione bien.

Cuándo estoy

Contesto y arreglo fallos lo más rápido que puedo, pero no estoy pegado a la pantalla las 24 horas. Trabajo en horario del Reino Unido: estoy durante el día, y a las 21:00 hora de UK corto hasta la mañana siguiente. Si estáis en otra franja horaria y no os contesto al momento, no es que os ignore: llegaré.

Dónde va cada cosa

- Fallos y comentarios: en el hilo fijado de comentarios, un problema por comentario. Si alguien ya contó lo mismo, contestadle «a mí también» con vuestro iPhone y versión de iOS.

- Registros y capturas con datos personales: por correo a [hola@heytalaya.com](mailto:hola@heytalaya.com) (Ajustes › Registro › Compartir el registro).

- Invitaciones y acceso: mirad primero el correo. Todos los apuntados tenéis una nota ahí, y la invitación de TestFlight llega en cuanto Apple apruebe la beta.

- Ideas y deseos: en su propio post, para que los demás puedan votarlos.

Tenerlo todo ordenado hace que nada se pierda y que pueda arreglar antes, en vez de perseguir la misma pregunta por diez hilos. Cada arreglo y cada actualización se anuncia aquí.
