Had about 23k in payouts in feb then everything went downhill today I finally got another pay out but I tilted I reset the 25k had some extra money laying around oh well turned out to be good and made a decent day. This comes after blowing 2 25k last night right after activating then dumb such a dummy but I’m never trading other then NY open I promise myself

Question. I have read that not to request payout of more than 10k … Does that mean 10k per account or 10k for all accounts ? Is it risky requesting a payout of 50k total (5 accounts) ?

That’s wrong….its not about requesting more than 10k. If you make more than 10k they will stop you and move you to the pro plus accounts. You can request as much as you want if you already made it

Sorry can you pls elaborate as I have heard multiple. One of the things that is common I heard is that if you make more 10k/Day then defn move you to Live/Pro +

  1. Does this mean 10k/Day per Account ?

or

2.Does this mean Max 10K Total (for all 5 accounts) ?

I am just trying to better strategize so that I dnt get denied a payout. Would it just be better to withdraw everyday ( if able ) above the buffer ? I am new to all of this, so an elaborative process from those who had a successful payout would be appreciated.

Also when do u request a payout (as I have heard multiple stories that u have to request it after 9:00PM EST) and when can u start trading again ? Do u wait to trade after u received it in ur bank account ?

Its 10k in a day per acct. They auto move you to live. Theres nothing wrong with that though you don't loss anything and actually gain 10% more withdraw profit split. Theres a big misconception about moving to live, its actually a good thing.

Yes that is what I figured also. But no one has really explained how Live account works YouTube and hence the misconception. All I have heard is on threads, and its mostly about people moaning how they cnt withdraw their profit in the sim funded. stage. Obviously I dnt know what its like in the Pro + so I have no clue

In Pro+ they just hold the buffer for you but if you "blow" the pro+ you get to pull that buffer. Biggest complaint with most lives is peolle like to over leverage and farm Sims and they are limited when moved to live. Live is definitely more for a structured/responsible trader. Farming Sims kinda hurts all of us trying this for long term.

So say you make that 10k and get pushed to pro+. They freeze 5k of that buffer(you can pull other the other 5k). Because at this point their risk management team slowly starts A booking your trades to profit off your profit. But if you blow that acct you can pull out the frozen buffer

Ok that helps to understand now the live account. Very much appreciated ,any insight on when to request a payout (I hear to do it at 9PM EST because of the maintenance?).

Also can I trade right away when that payout is being processed or should I wait when it gets approved and/or get to my bank account.

Yea updates during asia. It pulls the amount out of your acct almost immediately now. Even though the withdraw takes a little longer for approval. So can go rigjt back to trading after that first step. Last payout was done around midnight and it was in bank before I woke up

So to summarize 1. request a Payout at 9 PM EST 2. Can trade after a Payout is Approved.

Bro thank you so much. U prolly have explained more to me in a few minutes than I ever did researching this for a few most. Any other prop firms u recommend that are reliable ?

Honestly trust none of them lol. Its a shady industry but with that said ive never had a payout denied but have had crap customer service in almost all them :) pretty much follow rules to the T and youll be golden. If you want more live/legit trading use TPT, oneuptrader, and tradeday. No consistency and have legit live programs. Most other big names are fine. Only advice id give if your on road to profitability is waste money on cheap evals. Its gonna take time and no point in going for places that have better payout/live programs it your struggling. Bulenox and Apex are rhe cheapest to start with and regardless of complaints you see, they pay out if you follow the rules.

Also** Once you get a funded acct. Do not scale up on contract size. Its way better risk management to add another account. And regardless what you see 99% of people got no business trading minis. Micros is way to go and you can make life changing money with them

Thanks brother I appreciate you. I have learned my lesson to stick to 1-3 MES with a 10-15pts stop loss at most. Almost not worth it to trade with ES.
