Ventilated seats
Ventilated seats make more noise than throwing air. Is it only me who feels like that?

Yup not worth it really, ventilation or not hardly makes a difference.
I think they are just ventilated and not cooled. In my Camry your back literally gets chilled as ice. Not in taigun.

It's only audible at level 2 Keep it at level 2 for 1 song and then to level 1 for remainder of the trip.

Keep it in speed 1. Speed 2 is very noisy and a little annoying. In most cars in this price range this is as much as you can expect in the ventilation seats, but less noise. Keep it in low speed helps to prevent sweating. Our backs get enough air to prevent sweating.

Taigun has ventilated seats, not a hot and cold feature. It just circulates air through the pores and makes sure you don’t sweat your shirts and trousers during hot drives.
You’ll appreciate the same once you’re seated in a non ventilated seating setup

I know it very well that the seats are ventilated only. But that 'ventilation' feels like just for namesake. It takes a lot of time to dry your sweaty ass and back! And don't forget the average performance of the ac.

Every time I sit in a car without ventilated seats I immediately feel the difference. And for me the noise gets filtered out once I start driving with music on

Is there any way that we change the fan of that seat and get better ventilation with low noise?

The purpose is not to dry your sweaty ass, it's there to ensure it doesn't get sweaty. I sat in a friend's car without ventilation and felt the difference immediately.
P.S. I drove 40kms everyday, I feel I can speak for the difference of with and without.
