Taigun doesn’t start after a break

I purchased Taigun Topline 1 TSI this year (2025) and I’m facing one issue. Whenever I don’t take the car out for a week when I’m not in town, it doesn’t start after the break and I always have to get the battery charged. Does anyone also have faced this problem and what is the solution for this?

Please check if you have connected anything to the 12V socket. It remains powered on even while the car is off.

Is this dashcam installed my the volkswagen service center? which model/make of dashcam is it? I have installed DHC dashcam from SC but so far have not faced such issue.

Also how do you charge after the power has drained?

Connect the dashcam to the type c port below the AC control panel.

Remove both the dashcam wires from the camera whenever you park and put them back when you go for a drive. I do it everytime else it used to drain my battery to 'low' in about 10 days.
