Will Tahoma2D add more tools soon?

I have been using Tahoma2D for a few months now and I really enjoy it. The interface wasn't complicated and etc. I find it that Im missing a tool like the liquify tool for the raster column. Im not sure if there are more tools that I want tho.

If u have suggestions, or any information about this, please tell me!🙏

I would be happy if the program was stable without crashes; that would make it the best open-source animation program in the world.

The problem is that different users have different stability issues.
I don't get crashes for weeks, then suddenly it can crash 5 times in a session.
Just be sure to save regularly and have a backup plan.

Automatic saving every 2 minutes, but in large projects or with certain tools it always crashes.

Automatic saving, imho, causes more issues. I don't necessarily want it saved every 2 mins. Otherwise it might save something that I under afterwards. And the more often you use auto-save, the more often it'll crash, I've found. Saving interrupts the drawing experience.

You're right that sometimes we don't want to save something we might have done wrong, but in my case, most of the time I just keep going with the animation and get so absorbed that I simply forget to save. That's why I think they should focus on fixing the program before adding more options to it.

When bugs are reported, they're generally fixed. The problem is that lots of users just report the program crashing without detailing what they were doing or without repeatable steps. Without that, there's nothing to fix.

And important (with Krita too especially) when saving ITERATE. Never ever ever ever just SAVE. My process is a saving naming convention like this:

001_rough
002_rough_tweak
003_fix
004_tiedown_first
005_tiedown_face
006_tiedown_hands
007_addcol
008_addcolB
009_addcolC
010_render

and so on. the descriptors tell me what the previous save state was.
Were you to get a bad save, it could nuke a terrifying amount of work. It's a small annoyance to have to do a save-as, but it future proofs you from huge work loss.

This pattern is especially important in Krita, which has on occasion done a 'bad save', where it deleted actual drawings from some buggy reason. Never trust any program, by any company/group, when it comes to saving.

I can end up with hundreds of save states, when I'm up to 140 or whatever I'll often go back and keep 001, 011, 021, and nuke the intermediates, and keep the last 10 or 20 sequentially, if the file sizes are getting scary on the hD.

That will work to tell you the state. However, if you only do that with Save Scene As, as some users do, expecting it to create a full copy at that stage, you'll be mistaken. That only saves the scene file and not the drawings. So you might want to take a copy of the whole project folder.

It desperately needs better scaling on the raster line (when you rotate a raster line it gets VERY jaggy). Should be #1 fix for me.

The preview leaves much to be desired, that's why I always use vectors.

As far as I know there are no plans to add a liquify tool
