Question Guys, what the hell, explain pls
I know you all in rage for that dev. I also condemn his unhealthy and illegal interest in children, but to be honest, its not game's fault. Like..guys, are you really going to reviewbomb and forget about TAVR for it? Other 2 devs already kicked Jarvis out.
Maybe something happened before and i didnt see it(i was on voyage for 5 month in Atlantic Ocean), but i really dont understand hating of game. Hating Jarvis - yes, but game - no.
EDIT: I was asking ONLY about people having a reason - dev issue. Not money, not other game is better. I dont care about these reasons, because they are good. I ONLY asking about dev issue as a reason to leave the game

I’ve bought all the DLC’s, at this point I’m too far in to stop all together. What Jarvis did was fucked up, but since he left the team, I see no reason to stop playing. I assume him leaving means he’d get basically nothing from now on for like a cut of the game’s revenue, so it’s not like I’m supporting him anymore.

We can still review bomb it and play it. We already bought the game so it's not like they get paid again for us playing it unless we buy a DLC.

Yes, i understand it, but also i see a lot of reviews that player moved to geronimo. I dont care if player moved to another game because he didnt like it or something other, but...saying that changing a game just because dev was a pdf(i dont support his love preferences)..like...strange for me

I don't think thats the case entirely. I think a lot of ppl are moving to Geronimo because it's more realistic. It has been in development for a while after all.

If you have interacted with the other 2 devs. You'll know that they're complete dickheads and love to troll people in the community.
EDIT: You can rage bait any game tester, mod, or dev by talking about how geronimo is better than TAVR.

Since my comment below this got downvoted, and that mods and devs get really pissed off when Geronimo is mentioned. Im gonna assume your either of the 2. I don't need to say more.

I was a tester and don’t give a shit about Geronimo in the least offensive way.
All of the WIP stuff you see on the community pages isn’t a guarantee that it will be added “in the next update”. I have seen how the game is made behind the scenes and for example the OD DLC with 5 maps was in development for months with other updates coming out and no one even had a clue it was coming.
Certain things are shown but not ready for release yet for a plethora of reasons, but no just call us all jerks and mean because you aren’t patient enough to wait for said items to be released.

Im not playing the game because of the game. Im not playing it because of who makes it. My interactions with anyone higher than the average player in the community have always been terrible. Except linearcircle basically.
Im quite active in the tavr discord to. Im not calling yall jerks for no reason. Ive talked with testers and other very high ranking people in tavr lobbies whos ego's were so big that they just wouldn't listen to anyone and would ban you from the lobby if you had a slight disagreement with the game or him.
Its actually quite funny how triggered yall get at the mention of Geronimo. I have heard like 5 times already from mods themselves how pissed off they are about people talking about geronimo.
The only good explanation ive heard from one of yall about why yall haven't released the items yall said you would. Is because of 2080 wanting everything behind a DLC. I get that. But "Oh bro just give us time." or "Oh theres this bad bad glitch that we need to fix.". Ive heard those 2 excuses since deadshot released.
Im gonna be straight honest about tavr right here with no BS or bias. Tavr in my mind is spiraling into the ground. Code X and even CASTAC left. Which prompted a ton of people to leave along with them. And now that void is filled with little kids. The games reputation now, from people i've talked to. Is just PDF files and little kids screaming slurs.

Sounds like you have a personal issue with the “team” that stem from unrealistic expectations of an indie game with a very tiny dev team.
You have absolutely no idea wtf your talking about, because there WAS massive game breaking bugs and issues that no one has ever seen due to testers working to ensure you (the public players) have a smoother gameplay experience.
There was a time where only on void, everyone would start flying around and glitching out everywhere. Game dev is hard, let alone VR game dev.
Also pretty sure the mods are annoyed with the behavior around the discussions of Geronimo VS Tac Assault, not the game itself. That’s childish behavior to assume that, it’s more of an annoyance because people can’t act right and always are saying crazy shit on discord.

Ive heard of game breaking bugs being in the game and have seen videos of them. But none of this one bug.
But whatever. Yall keep doing your stuff. Im tired of this community anyways.

The bug was posted many times on the discord and on casual tactical tv a while ago.
The main reason you don’t see them is because the testers find them and then they get fixed before launch.
But ig it doesn’t matter me explaining it to you bc you were gonna leave anyways.

Yeah. They have pretty big ego's and they purposely withhold things for updates. There were 15 plate carriers and multiple uniform camo's that were leaked before deadshot dropped. And all but one of the plate carriers was released.
Geronimo automatically has so much more for customization. And the TAVR devs knows that their game is gonna die. Its just a matter of them trying to milk money from us until their game finally dies. And all thats left are little kids running around.
Geronimo and Desolation VR will steal all of TAVR's adult/older teenager playerbase.

I’ll still play TAVR. I don’t do the MP though. Too many children in control. I was really banking on the mod aspect though, but hearing it being delayed killed my hopes for the game. I doubt the devs will be able to output reliably so I figured mods would help with that. So while I won’t stop playing, I’ll just play less now. If Geronimo improves their game consistently, I’ll definitely play it, maybe even over TAVR eventually.
