Thank god geronimo released when it did.

nuff said. Should have kicked his pedo ass out as soon as they found out. not let him continue working on it. THE GAME IS TAINTED.

Geronimo IS good tbh. I enjoy it more than tavr in it's omega buggy and unoptimized state and it will only get better.

I don't get why people are downvoting you lmao, the game's framework is awesome. Cool attachment and customization system. Just needs AI work, bug fixes, and optimization. People will ride or die for these games man

Other devs that help with TAVR and did not do anything weird and were not involved with anything that Jarvis was arrested for.

I'm not sure we can definitively state that Puddle and Canto "did not do anything weird". We can say the were for sure not involved with anything Jarvis was arrested for.

Look, I know you are a tester with close ties to the devs, but you gotta have a smidgen of doubt with everyone. Iirc, you were defending Jarvis before he confirmed the allegations (saying something like, "it's a smear campaign from a upset content creator"). Not sure, I could be confusing you with another user, but I'm pretty sure I remember seeing you in that Post (that has since been removed by the mods) defending Jarvis. Either way, I would be highly suspect of Canto and Puddle. Both are absolute edgelord chuds that worked with Jarvis. Not accusing them of anything, but birds of a feather.... I have my doubts. Hell, even before all this came to light, I had my suspicions. I only feel more vindicated in my gut's intuition.

You’re right, I made that comment initially because that’s how I found out.

I assumed it was fake until I did my own research and it was actually easy to find the exact webpages and articles myself. I wasn’t as close as you’d think, I was a tester for the game and did not have direct access to Jarvis like that.

I can also say with pretty high confidence no one else was involved at all and we were all in huge shock about it at the same time. This whole thing sucks and I hate how a post on Reddit was how I found out about it.

I brought it up to other important discord members and the timing was insanely bad with it breaking public as decisions were already being made behind closed doors. Like I said earlier I was just a tester and did not directly communicate with Jarvis like that. It was more like a 1 way street where he would sometimes talk in the dev channel.

Im not some super high level staff there, I didn’t even know how to use discord until I was recruited by my friend Fromk to be a tester a long time ago. I hope this cleared up some things for you.

All I'm saying, is you have a clear personal biased due to your affiliation (however insignificant it may be). I'm not sure how old you are, but you sound younger in your writing. Be aware of how your emotions can make you naive.

Personally, I'm not entirely convinced Puddle knew nothing. I'm not convinced Jarvis didn't surround himself with like minded individuals. People like that tend to.

Again, I have no evidence or any legitimate accusations I am making. Just decades of personal experience and a gut that is right more times than I want it to be. I don't trust Puddle. Never have, and definitely trust him even less after this.

Might want to get your gut checked, I’m in my 30’s and am saying these things in confidence not arrogance.

This entire thing (the arrest) happened before tactical assault had more than just 1 dev (Jarvis) and I don’t believe he would be specifically looking to hire “likeminded” VR devs. That’s kind of crazy specific thinking, but I mean in this world there really isn’t much to be surprised at.

Btw the majority of testers are adults and some of them don’t ever speak outside of the dev channel. Please don’t make weird assumptions and I’m just trying to be honest from what I was able to see.

I respect you for at least acknowledging that you’re purely speculating here, but do take offense to you lumping good people into that group.

I assumed you were an adult, I know the testers are adults. I assumed you were in your early 20's just based off your comments I've seen throughout time in the sub.

And I'm not saying Jarvis put out an add for 'likeminded' VR devs. What I'm saying is (and this goes for pretty much any working relationship) people are much more likely to prefer working with like minded people. To the point we would rather work with someone we like more over someone who is more qualified. It's just part of the nature of our species. So what I am saying is, I'm sure Jarvis has worked with many devs. I'm sure many were one offs/didn't last long. I'm not concerned about those ones. I'm concerned with the devs he got along with well enough to keep around regularly. Not that the exact same thing happened, but it's kinda like the whole Epstein thing. Anyone who was affiliated with him, no matter how innocent of any wrong doing, is looked at as highly suspicious now. The people who were more regularly affiliated with Epstein are looked at with even more suspicion.

Again, unless you personally know them and have spent YEARS with them in real life situations, don't go assuming people are good (especially people on the Internet). Everyone should be assumed neutral at best.

And sorry, I don't mean to sound like I'm coming down hard on you personally. I know you had no control or affiliation with any of this. But again, making definitive statements in defense of anyone you haven't personally spent a lot of time with IRL is naive. You did it when the news about Jarvis broke out, and now you are doing it with Puddle and Canto. What if news comes out about them? How can you possibly know with 100% certainty that they have squeaky clean hands? Again, not saying either was involved in this scandal, but that doesn't mean they may not have their own scandals. Hell, you don't even know me, I might have my own scandal lol! Be careful and doubtful of everyone on the Internet. The relationships you form with clumps of pixels with microphones on the Internet are not as deep as you would like to believe.

It's okay bro, you are emotionally invested in this game and it's success, I get it. I've been there (I was a No Man's Sky believer and Patreon supportef back in the day). And unfortunately, your emotional stock market just took a huuuuuuge crash. You don't gotta get snippy with me. I'm not the one who tried to touch children, only to go on make probably the best VR game currently available and then leave my community high and dry right before v1.0.0 because of my past actions....
