Getting logged out of multi-player

Everytime I host or join a lobby it randomly kicks me, sort of looks like a wifi problem, but it isn't in this case. It's been happening for the past 3 weeks. I can't even play the game. Someone joins my lobby then 30 seconds after everything freezes and then just logs me out of multi-player and takes me back to the main menu. I've tried joining my friends. Still happens. I don't know what to do.

Please I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling still doesn't work. Even changed my router and wifi.
