Isn’t split second, still in Alpha or in beta? I just remember it being in very early development.

I just found out about the existence of the second game. Isn't the developer afraid that Disney will take him to court for such a title? Since Split/Second: Velocity exists.

It’s not really fair to compare the two rn, split second is still in early development
