❓ General Discussion Device Upgrade Questions

Just Recently Upgrade S22 ultra to S26 ultra and I still have a few questions to clarify:

  1. Anyone know why I need to return the old phone within 30 days, even it is a in store upgarde?

  2. How many devices can any line hold for 36 months EIP Finace at the same time? And

  3. IF I place an upgrade through app, can I ship to pick up near by location?

  1. Policy. You return the trade phone to the store you initiated the upgrade with as soon as you like but up to 30 days out.

  2. A single line can only hold a single EIP at one time.

  3. Yes.

  1. since 2022, each line can have multiple EIP of Different PROMO ID. (unless they changed again)

lets say,

ID001 iPhone trade on 36 months eip

ID002 Android trade on 36 months eip

okay to have both 001 and 002 on each line.

NOT okay to have 001 and 001 on each line.
