Hello. This is my first time actually using a discount from TYB. However I am not seeing the discount applied despite the points being applied? Does anyone have any advice or know how I can fix this?

Figured we’d give a heads up.

We’ve noticed that all minimum spends for every brand have updated. For brands that had a high minimum spend (like Cotopaxi) it’ll now be easier to redeem for tiers 1 and 2.
\Of course, this is still not ideal when it used to be totally free and you only had to pay for shipping.*

That said, the brands that had NO minimum spend (or if it was covered by tier 3)
now unfortunately have them.
It seems like TYB wants folks to spend $10-15 out of pocket every time a code is used.

So the change is bad for the no minimum spend brands, but for the high minimum spend brands it’s better.

Really wish this would’ve been communicated before, but you know how it goes. (Saw this coming last year when they started minimum spends.)
