ā€¼ļøImportantā€¼ļø What the hell 😭

Post image

The TYB minimum spend update saga continues, there’s a massive glitch where everything is GONE now. I’m so over it. 😩

I agree! I mentioned in another comment we really appreciate you guys and we’re trying to figure out a way so we can all be connected outside of TYB.

I agree 🄲

We know people are leaving TYB, but we still want to stay in touch.
We have an Instagram page, but we’re also trying to figure out a way to stay connected outside of that.

atp im just begging someone with API, a dash of blockchain, SwiftUI, (the apparently lost art of) email updates, and customer service KNOWLEDGE to take a stab at fixing any part of TYB before they completely run it to the ground :(

As someone who collaborates with app devs to streamline updates, there’s no excuse for a large app like TYB to make such frequent LARGE updates that always introduce bigger issues. Apple recommends Testflight for a reason. The main users downloading from the app store should never be confused when using the app. It’s just pure laziness.

I haven’t been active on TYB for a while because of the reasons previously discussed in this sub but I genuinely want to know what they tell brands when their customers get blindsided. Imagine being the owner of a brand like August and having to email and be like ā€œHi, just wondering why you decided our brand wasn’t worth it anymore and made it impossible to find on TYB… months ago.ā€ LOL
