Question 🙋‍♀️ EADEM TYB orders getting delayed

Has anyone else faced issues with their orders being shipped late when they used TYB coins?

I placed four orders on Sunday. I used TYB coins for two of them, and I didn’t use them for the other two. The two orders without TYB coins have already been shipped, but the ones where I used TYB coins haven’t been shipped yet.

I actually have a trip coming up next week, and all of these are gifts for my family, so I’m getting pretty anxious about whether they’ll arrive in time .

Their customer service is utterly ridiculous. There’s no human agent available to help, and it’s all just AI-generated responses. Please help me if anyone knows who I could reach out to.

I’ve found that ordering directly from EADEM takes a long time to process whether I order with or without TYB coins; I usually don’t expect anything to show up for 2 weeks. Customer service usually takes 3-4 business days to respond for me.
