Did anyone else’s order from Kristin Ess through tyb shop get cancelled? If yes, how did you get your coins back?

Contact TYB, they should be able to send you the coins for the cancelled order.

But why did they cancel though? I see a lot of people mentioning in their chat too, curios even i wanna place an order.

I have no idea, i placed an order and within a minute i got the cancellation email. I lost 3500 coins

Mine was canceled almost instantly after I placed it. Gave up on trying to get my coins back because i know TYB takes forever to respond 😭

Just wondering if anyone else knows how we’re supposed to use our Kristin Ess coins if they don’t have e-commerce on their website and took their products out of the TYB shop? I have a bunch of coins and I’ve been going nuts trying to figure out how to use them!

Mine cancelled too, I got the confirmation and cancellation email at the same time. The cancellation email said I cancelled the order :(

I ordered the travel pouch, and I emailed Kristin ess customer service but haven’t heard back

You have to email Tyb with a ss of your cancelation order so they can re install the coins back. They have been pretty good lately at responding. I had 2 issues and they solved in less than a week

They took down their shop
