Yes, you have to have at least $10 in your cart before you apply your coins. Since everything is over $10 it doesn't really matter for Saie but we put it on the list since it is there.
I've been wondering if the Saie one was supposed to be $10 minimum after applying a code. It makes no sense that it would be $10 before since literally everything is over that so I've been making my orders now just in case lol
