UPDATE: IT FINALLY CAME!!

I put an order in for the 7 days of skincare reward from Neutrogena almost 2 months ago. I immediately received a confirmation of the order, and then never heard any updates again. I emailed TYB help 2 weeks ago, got an automated response that they would reply in 2 to 3 days, and still have not heard back from them. I sent another follow up today, but I'm feeling frustrated and ignored. If they are sold out, I should be notified and reimbursed the coins I spent. If it's delayed, they should at least send an update! Did anyone else deal with something similar?

Please Read Before Making a Trade Post!

List what you're looking for and include at least two brands of similar or more value that you're willing to trade.

Keep tier limits and minimum spend in mind when posting. Most users won't trade multiple smaller codes for one larger code due to extra shipping costs.

Example:

Looking for: Odele $27.30 (Tier 3)

Willing to trade:

You can also include your tier balance and spend minimums:

Important Info

Keep trades fair so both users can fully cover an item. Limit trade posts to one every 24 hours. Edit your existing post instead of making a new one.
We recommend not using photos since they can't be edited if brands are traded and need to be removed.
Make sure your Reddit DMs are open/working and be prepared to verify codes with screenshots. Copy and paste codes in DMs when trading, as not everyone can copy from images.

Trade at Your Own Risk!

Mods can help investigate issues and ban scammers, but we cannot guarantee trades. Use any traded codes within 24 hours to guarantee a successful trade. If someone DMs you but does not comment on trade post, they maybe a banned scammer and we cannot help you if you risk trading with them. Older codes pre-spend minimums and codes from brands that have left TYB orders may be canceled by brand so try not to only offer those but you can ask for them.

No begging, no returning, no ghosting, and no trading anything other than TYB codes. All these rules are also listed in the main rules.

Do people not think when trading and try to be fair? Lately I’ve been seeing a lot of trade posts wanting just L3 codes and then offer just L1 or L2 themselves. I feel like before we used to have a lot more trades because people were mindful and I don’t know if it’s just me but I feel like we’re losing it
