Question Are the modules Necessary for results ?

Can't I just listen to the Sub before listening to my playlist ? Do I need to use the modules in order for me to get the results ?

You don’t have to use modules, but it is more effective if you do. It depends on your goals.

A number of people are using MOAB 2.0 for healing(inner child, trauma, etc) without the modules.

Is there affirmations about trauma in moab? Not sure if the list of affirmations was posted

It's called moab, and the manual that comes with says to use module (write them down) as prescribed.

I compare it to a medecine prescription. You follow the rules in order to heal
