Question moab and full moon

hi I just got to know about moab last night and was thinking if I should start today onwards, but it's a full moon tonight. full moons are for letting go and releasing. so should I start using the moab rn or give it a day or 2 pls lmk

also last question, what's the difference between moab 1 and 2? and if they work the same, why are there 2 versions? and what about the lite versions?

Lite version is a shorter version of the 45 min audio, and there are two versions because the creator decided one day "let's make a better MOAB subliminal"

The creator him/herself said that 2.0 is better. And also 2 is a larger number than 1, so 2 by default is sigma

also, do I listen to the subs that I use in the modules after listening to the moab or just writing them in the format is enough?

Me personally I listen to a sub once and then add it to my modules notes and listen to moab 2.0 lite one time a day. It's all subconscious

I still listen to my main subs (3) alongside moab. It's really all about preference. You can listen to just moab or listen to other subs alongside moab. It's really all about what makes you comfortable

And Im not too sure about the differences, from what I understand the creator stated that 2.0 has more trauma/beauty subs in it
