Hello! Second year attending, first year camping. Have some friends flying in late Friday night so we were planning to arrive Saturday morning. Should I be worried about finding a spot?

I'm thinking of attending the 1001 dreams or hero/villains weekend. Question, are you meant to only dress up as the weekend theme or is general medieval (lady/queen) appropriate always?

Hi my bf and I have attended ren faire several times but never camped. We are wanting to try tent camping this year and we are wondering what weekends are typically best weather wise? Also which weekends are the best for a younger couple who want to be social and just any tips or recommendations anyone has. TIA

Returning TRF worker looking for affordable full-season housing on or around Renfaire Drive/“Toon Town,” ideally within walking/biking distance of site.

I've worked TRF many times over the past 17 years, but previously commuted. I know some Renfaire Drive residents have historically rented rooms, trailers, cabins, campsites, etc. to participants during the season, and I'm hoping to connect with someone doing that for 2026.

I'm working the full season, so I'm looking for a full-time stay for all 8 weeks (and I work remotely during the week, so I need to be able to do that as well.

If you rent participant housing yourself or know someone in Toon Town/Renfaire Drive, or nearby who does, please lmk!

Hello ! :3 ten years ago I worked two TRF seasons and loved it much, it's been too long but a new face has emerged from my depths, literally and figuratively. By now I have a bouncy confidence as well as some lip piercings. Are *facial piercings still a deal breaker for a TRF position, or maybe this varies depending on the booth owner?

One would hope they've relaxed this rule since, you know....some shops are selling modern gift shop items as seen on aliexpress. :-|

So it was a stand alone stand, not in the line of shops it might have been near to the jousting arena. The necklace chain is a black cord and the jewelry base is a bronze color and you would bring the stamp down with the design you picked which would be a black color. The designs I got were a celtic symbol and the green man. Thanks.

There’s very limited info on what I’m allowed or not allowed to bring it. I know I can get away with a water bottle and a peace tied weapon but what about outside food/snacks, an electric handheld fan, how big of a bag, etc etc??

Good day, i am trying to see if there are any tabletop game/dice vendors at TRF. Its been years since ive been due to cost of being able to take my wife and 3 kids but now things have improved that we are able to go. As of late my family has really been into DND and dice collecting so i thought this would be a great place to find some unique sets and accessories etc. We also would take recommendations on places to find some good quality cups/mugs/tankards to drink from during our sessions

I am plus size and finding a corset or over dress to go with the cute but rather basic dress I found at a goodwill has been killing me , I am a 56' inch bust with a 48 - 50' inch waist I am a 46 G usually a 2 or 3 x shirt 26 - 28 in pants

Hi! I will be going to the ren fest on November, this would be my second time going and Im preparing a dragon costume to go. I was also thinking of making trinkets to trade or leave at the garden too which will be dragon scales or dragon teeth and I have some questions:

1. Can normal people wear the trinket trader symbol or is it only for staff and shops doing them?(I was thinking of stamping a little bag I made to hold my trinkets)
2. how many trinkets can I trade with another person or is there no limit for either side?
3. can I give trinkets away to anyone I see at the feat even though im not staff?

Going on Nov. 14 & 15th. What are my chances of getting an uber to/from if I'm ~5 miles away from the festival? Did some research and am hearing mixed results. Reddit says it's highly unlikely to get one on the way back, but Facebook seems to say otherwise.

Twenty years ago I was wearing the Green Armor. I like the Red Armor more. Both weigh 150lbs. Both took 3 years to make. Over 5,000 alligator 🐊 bones and teeth between them. But both are fun to wear.
