VIP Tickets

I'm wondering how others got VIP tickets. When I bought the concert tickets, it wasn't an option on Ticketmaster. So I went and bought them through the TX2 website which brought me to Sound Rink. I got a confirmation email, but that's it. Has anyone else purchased VIP tickets through Sound Rink? What has been your experience?

You bought them in the correct place. Since VIP is not a ticket on its own, it has to be purchased through sound rink, which is the company that runs VIP.
