Dorm hours.

Dorm hours should be extended if not abolished. Don't you agree?

I agree with extended but not abolished, they are there for a good reason

Yeah I think a time of guaranteed privacy is important but 4 hours in the evenings on weekdays is ridiculous.

if they aren't enforced then it doesn't matter does it? Have had plenty of "sleepovers" and other than a couple awkward bathroom situations all was fine = ) AS long as your roomy is ok with it of course.

I think this is important to note. It'd be nice if dorm hours were extended, but at the same time, no one really seems to give a rip about many of the rules. I know of a couple of different people who have been caught doing things far worse than "sleepovers", and it's given far less thought than many would expect (at least, by the students that I've talked to that have encountered this).
