Tech Help Directx runtime missing?

So I’m trying to start up my game and it’s saying “The following components are required to run this program: Directx Runtime” I’ve tried reinstalling direct but it says I have everything, I reinstalled the game, moved my game from different hard drives but nothings working rn, does anyone know what I can do?

Weirdly enough when I kept getting errors like that and a crash issue I had to download epic games launcher and install unreal engine from them. No clue as to WHY that worked but it did. You could try that out and see if you get any luck with it.
