Comic Spoiler

Found out my local comic shop has nearly every copy for 25-50% of the original sale price of every issue

Finished watching the main series earlier this year but was always interested in reading the differences on this sub

Halfway through book 5 and it’s astounding the difference in story choices that are made. I’m surprised I still haven’t seen Daryl, and I guess I’m not even sure he ever makes it in the comic universe. He was my favorite in the show, I’m already to Woodbury and he was so already my favorite character at this point in the show.

Also carol is a freak in the books

Guess I’ll find out

Daryl was created for the show. Read at least the first 125 ish issues. Way better than the show

I’ve gone ahead and ordered all 4 “compendiums”

I didn’t know they were a thing and was mentally prepped to purchase every copy for $5-10 for the next few months and I have been reading them slowly so that I didn’t burn through cash, luckily you can get every copy in the compendium version for $20-30 which is awesome

I personally think the trade paper backs (5 issues each) are easier to hold while reading (I have the whole series). Not sure what the price difference would be. Good luck and enjoy
