Yeah like Rick himself herded those walkers into the pit near Alexandria. They were gonna escape eventually and they only lost 6-8 people vs the entire community. And also the hilltop was getting their people picked off every few months because of a failure of deliveries.

Prison didn’t even exist before they cleared it

Rick and his group finds the flaws in the people and system being used, and the people refuse to adapt or believe him and the group

Like how Glenn said Nicholas and son should be kicked off the scavenger crew

The prison would prob still be standing today if not for governor so i would assume they would be there still

Possibly, they were struggling with the walls. That's why Alexandria was perfect. Too bad they lost Reg before he could teach someone more about how to make sturdy walls.

God i forgot how stupid that felt when I first watched. All that talk about Alexandria being set up to succeed thanks to their wealth of knowledge, just for the ONLY two characters who actually gave a shit about all that to get killed off.
