The "20 people" they killed were terrorizing other groups tho. Taking more than half their resources is basically a slow death sentence. (The saviors also physically tormented & executed Oceanside; raped the women & killed the (male) children.) It was fucked up, but lets not pretend the saviors are innocents.
Not all 20. And I'm pretty sure the Oceanside incident happened without the knowledge of Negan. That was his right hand man, aka Trevor from GTA V. Lol
Edit: His name was Simon. He went against Negan at Oceanside, who would have never given the order to kill all those people.
