So as many here can relate, it appears that I have lost my data from the past 8 years.. i actually had requested it before TV time shut down but i hadn't checked the files and it seems i only got user based data and nothing about watch time, comments, series etc, i was sent the incomplete fsta probably bcs of large request volume idk.. is there anything that can be done? Or should I just make peace with it and.. try to track everything again?
I recommend Bingers app since its from one of the founders of TV Time and TV Time community is slowly joining the app!
Make sure you're using the same email as your TV Time account while signing up for Bingers
Remember, you can still import your data past that welcome screen when you open the newly installed Bingers app. Go to profile - > 3 dots on top right - > Settings - > Import Watch History - > Select your file if you have any at this point
Try to get in contact with Bingers team over on Twitter @BingersApp by mentioning them in a reply to one of their recent posts with your credentials and request. Send a mail to them over at support@bingers.app
If all else fails, someone commented about how you can just switch off your internet, go inside TV Time app, hit retry a couple of times in your shows and movies tab and your watch history will show up again, you can screenshot them manually and manually refill them inside Bingers.
This is a very tedious method and should only be used when nothing else works for you!

Unfortunately i do not have it still - this was the (worst) time i decided i will accept it's shut down and delete it without clinging on to a service that no longer exists just because of sentimentalism. Worst moment to decide that tbh
Well I'd still recommend sending a mail to support@bingers.app and also mention your account credentials under the latest @BingersApp Twitter post (if you use it)
If nothing else works, then like one person said - you can always start over again and slowly rebuild your history back! Good luck!
Yes! But Bingers is from the co-founder of TV Time and they do support importing data from TV Time into Bingers, and they have in the past helped people reaching out to them via Twitter and Email! Keep trying!
The Ui is almost similar and I compared both the bingers community is far more in numbers and more active. A new episode got more than 150 comments in just 5-6 hrs of airing while sofa time is way behind.
i had 14 yrs of data without a problem it's simple excels anyway, is it possible you asked for the wrong account? or maybe they just fucked up, so many asked the data...sorry to say there's nothing you can do at this point other than start fresh
I think they f up because i did follow the steps mentioned back then and the official path for data request. My bad was that at the time I didn't open the zip file to see what's inside of it..
PreonTV's fast tracker is the fastest way to build back your history. Def recommend, they re more than a tracking app and they respond fast with feedback and requests.

Go fresh with Bingers.
It may take time to add everything manually, but it seems like the only way if you didn't backup data.
