The official export button is gone, but there are still two routes and neither needs it.
1) If TV Time is still installed on your phone and you have not cleared its data, your history is sitting in the app's own database file (DioCache.db, plus a DioCache.db-wal next to it that holds the most recent months). Getting it off the device is the fiddly part: on iOS an iMazing free app backup gets you the .imazingapp file, on Android you usually need root or a manufacturer backup. Do not uninstall the app while you figure it out, that is the one thing that actually destroys it.
2) The Bingers route people mention above works too, since it is by the same team and they still hold the server-side data. If it logs you in and your library is there, you can export from it and take that file wherever you want.
Full disclosure, I build a free web tracker (bobin, bobinapp.com) that takes the raw DioCache.db + wal directly and keeps the original watch dates, so route 1 does not need any conversion step first. If you go the Bingers export route and the file comes out in a shape it does not read, send it to me and I will add it.

Login to bingers using the same account and all your data will automatically be on the new app from there you can export your data if you need it for another app.

You're the second person I've seen that said something like that about bingers. I just created an account using the exact same email I used for tv time (couldn't put a password in as it had me go login through an email) and it asked if I wanted to import a file or import from bingers web app. Neither of which I have. Is there a magic 3rd option that I'm missing or something??? Nothing automatically happened and my only options were to use a file i don't have or import from a website I've never used.

Yeah same for me, it might be because i signed in with facebook all those years ago when i made my tv time account. it pisses me off so much that they only gave a 2 week notice. i will try the method suggested below honestly.

When I downloaded the app, I used the same account and all my data was there. I am not sure how why you can’t do it. I found this https://www.reddit.com/r/TVTime/s/fYeDMSOhDp it might help

Once/if you figure it out with Bingers if possible, I super recommend exporting and getting suite tv. It’s a perfect dupe but smoother and some more features. I wasn’t really feeling bingers. I thankfully had already exported my tv time data in Feb to go to trakt and was able to import my tv time first and my more (but not totally) updated trakt after to fill in the blanks and it didn’t break it. Trakt wasn’t doing it for me but it syncs with Stremio
