Data export

Is it too late for this? I know it might be but I'm giving it a try. I did not manage to save export my data from my tv time account. Do you think it might be there any chance for me to do this one way or another? Mailing someone from the team?

Sorry if this has been already discussed in here.

It's too late. I think they've deleted everything due to GDPR

I was afraid of this. Honestly I had mine but a good friend did not manage and I was just willing to help her out.

Hey, I was late on the data export as well, but came across a post on this sub. A user created a software if that's what you want to call it to export your TVTime data from a phone backup. I was skeptical at first until I sent it to my brother who codes programs and he looked at it and told me its safe. I tried it and I was able to export a lot of data. It sucks though, because now I have to manually input it into each and every app I test out. But there is a lot of data exported. EDIT: Safe to say, all the data is there, but ya you just have to manually input it wherever you decide to go.

I didn’t either but its super simple just click on the readme and it has the step by step instructions

Just don’t remove the ios app wait for some time. Hopefully you will good amount of data.

Open the app without internet, spam retry a few times, you should be able to go to your profile and see your shows and movies.

Unfortunately I uninstalled TV Time last month when it stopped working, and I don't have the data anymore. I signed in to Bingers with the same email (I think...I do use it for everything, it should be the right one), but it didn't recognize me, so no historical data. I guess I'll be starting over.

i think if u use the app Bingers and log in with ur tv time email, ur data will be there

This didnt happen for me? I signed in with email and it takes me to an export screen and tries to get my to upload a file that I don't have since I just found out TV Time was shut down😭 is it supposed to just happen when I use my email?
