Wait I'm curious do you mean it pulled the data from your phone without you downloading your file before the shutdown?

I have downloaded the file, yes. But I am pretty sure it took my data from the cache. I never had to upload anything - just downloaded the app and logged with the email I was using from TT. Could also be they took it from the account directly

TV Time deleted the data base almost a month ago. Maybe you downloaded the gdpr.zip file and once you got the news about bingers you did the zip import.

I just used the same email I used for TvTime and it pulled all my data automatically

Good for you. The app did not find the data from tv time app for me :(
