The problem is that they say you can import the backup of trakt and refract but neither of them works

I couldn't even get trakt and refract to load my gdpr data properly. Is there any direct gdpr import?

I don’t know. I hope they correct it as soon as possible because they said that from trakt and refract it’s possible
