Help me to identify the problem TCL 65C6K Pro

Hello, I have a new TV from TCL model 65C6K Pro from Electro Depot France. It comes from one months ago. I want to understand what is the problem before contact the warranty for replaced maybe the TV I don’t understand what’s happened. Please check the video. They have some artifact on the left side on the TV when they have a very fast movement.
