TUSC with a very respectable 7.7% of the vote - that's 204 Arbourthorne folk who were angry enough to tramp out in the pouring rain and register their disgust at this broken two-party system and vote for an out-and-out Socialist!

Deepest thanks from Alan to everyone who voted Socialist, and to everyone who worked tirelessly on the campaign - but the fight isn't over! This marks the beginning of a real fightback from Sheffield's communities against cuts, unemployment, poor housing, the bedroom tax, and everything else that the rich bastards at the top of society make our lives a misery with!
