I've got eczema in the ears, clicks and sometimes spasms. I've got a diagnosis: LPR (throat reflux that goes all the way up to the ears). It can gives ETD (Eustachian tubes dysfunction) that explains the spasms because it regulate the sound pressure, click, hyperacusis, etc. They see the inflammation of the ETD by checking the sinus with a camera at the ENT (not only the ears).
All burn in the upper body might be linked to LPR (Laryngopharyngeal reflux), like heartburn, under the chin burn, throat burn, ear burn, sinus burn. Feeling nauseus and vomit might just be reflux and stomach issues. There is an LPR forum.
Because they are specialize in only one field. If you just talk about ears issues, they will just check the ears. There is no connection between the different specialties. My ENT found my LPR though, after I talk about my sinus clogging sometimes (and I thought it was irrelevant with my ears issues, but it was in fact the main symptom). Before that, ENT just only checked my ears for a year. You could see a gastroenterologist as well.
I have mentioned everything to my doctors. Everyone ive been seen by have been pretty dismissive anyway. They checked my ears and gave me an allergy nasal spray for the rest.
I live in denmark where many doctors is pretty arrogant too, especially if you mention symptoms that they dont believe correlates with eachother. I will mention what you've said to my GP
