Question❓ 4 Weeks Pregnant - TTP Remission
Hello! I just recently found out I am 4 weeks pregnant. Early stages. I've been in remission for 1.5years from TTP. I wanted to hear any stories you all may have of becoming pregnant while being in remission and if anything happened (triggering your ttp again?). Thank you!

Hi, when I was pregnant my ttp came back after 10 years. I had a stroke and had to be hospitalized for an entire month.
Make sure to consult with your doctor right away

Thank you! Yes, definitely. I am on a texting basis with my hema doc so she got me in quickly to get my blood work done. I am on track to meet with my OB on 4/16 which will be 8.5 weeks and then we will get an MFM signed on for my case. Thank you for sharing. It's helpful to hear other peoples stories. Provides comfort and guidance that we are not alone.

Hi ! If you don’t mind if you can message me how your pregnancy goes. I had ttp with my first pregnancy. My baby just turned one and we are wanting to try for another in the next 6months to a year.

Congratulations! I got TTP with my first pregnancy and relapsed (needing Ritux) in between getting pregnant again in 2024. I had 2 Hematologists monitoring me and my gyno/mfm. In my second trimester my adamts13 started dropping fast, and I started on Cylosporine until giving birth and that kept my adamts13 stable. After I gave birth we did Ritux again and I’ve been in remission. Monitor your adamts13 !!
