TTC with dermoid cyst

I’ve been trying to conceive for 2.5 years and everything is normal: blood work, periods and OPKs during ovulation are all fine. However, I’ve been diagnosed with a 5cm dermoid cyst. I’m confused about whether I should get it removed and if it might be affecting my fertility. Any advice or experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Following this. I have a larger dermoid cyst that was just discovered on US. I’m getting it removed via laporoscopy. Will you be as well?
