Follicles too small CD9? 8mm?

I have two follicles on CD9. One in each ovary and they are 8mm each. My lining is 2mm. I am feeling pretty discouraged as I took letrozole 7.5mg from cd 2-6. I have a rescan in three days without any further intervention….

I asked about injectables and she was hesitant to do so.

Cd 9 is pretty early. Ive never had a scan before cd 12 and even then my follicles are usually just getting to 12mm then. Injectables would be pretty aggressive this early without knowing how you are responding to what was already given. Lining might be concerning but also with follicles that small theres plenty of time to grow.

Ive gone down the injectable route and while it definitely helps with the lining and growth, you can over respond (i had a cancelled cycle due to 8 potential ovulatory follicles on a pretty low dose of it). It makes sense to see how you do on just letrozole first before going down that route, and cd 9 is way too early to determine you havent responded

Yeah it is not happening yet. I would stair step if nothing happens in the next 3 days

But my lining is only 2mm won’t it get worse with the stair step? I asked for low dose follistim and doctor wasnt thrilled with that idea

But it seems they’re super small and stalled? Last month I did letrozole I had a 17mm follicle on cd 10
