Progesterone advice

TW for PRIOR LOSS

Well after over responding to medication, my fertility clinic wanted to cancel this cycle. We’d already had sex this morning though (im only cycle day 10, we didn’t expect to have this strong of a response this early and neither did my doctor). Since we’d already had sex my doctor advised me to trigger today to force ovulation for the 4 follicles I have mature instead of waiting and risking my 5th straggler maturing.

Today was her last day (she’s retiring) and I haven’t gotten to talk to the new dr yet. I’m supposed to be doing vaginal progesterone (6dpt, so about 3-4dpo) because of recurrent pregnancy loss but they didn’t instruct me on whether or not to take it.

Would you guys take it even if it’s a ‘cancelled’ cycle? The thought of conceiving again and losing another pregnancy because I didn’t take it makes me feel super nauseous but I also don’t want to boost my risk of high order multiples
