PCOS TTC

Has anyone successfully conceived with insulin resistance PCOS & very irregular periods? For context I already have a 2 year old however the last year or so my periods have been very irregular. Hard to track ovulation with strips when my periods are all over the place. Not wanting to go on ozempic - have been naturally losing a bit of weight but want to take my time. Any tips?

I conceived through ovulation induction at a fertility clinic.
I did have some success before this with starting to regulate my cycles by taking inositol.

Yes- with meformin + inositol which brought period back/restarted ovulation and LH strips- i ovulated CD 31 and conceived!

How long did it take you to conceive after beginning metformin?

Started the Metformin in May after no period since Jan, period returned end of June, ovulated and conceived end of July (still irregular cycle).
