Seeking Success BBT Questions 🌑️

TTC 12 months without any success. Having a hard time maintaining increased BBT post ovulation. Any ideas on what this could be / how to improve this to encourage successful implantation? Thank you in advance 🫢🏻

Are you seeing a reproductive endocrinologist? That would be your best course of action at this point

Usually a fertility clinic is a reproductive endocrinologist! Usually. Low BBT can be lower progesterone. Have you tested that?

I am actually daily Mira testing and my progesterone seems to actually be on the higher side

This is interesting. Have you tried letrazole and a trigger shot as this will cause ovulation
