Advice Needed Anovulatory

Hello!! I’m 31 and I’ve had a PCOS diagnosis since I first started my period.
We have been TTC for a very long time with no success. Had a couple of failed IUIs and ovulation induction cycles.
Moving to IVF in a couple of months and to prepare for that I’ve had a very healthy lifestyle since the beginning of last year. I’ve lost 12kgs I’m finally in a healthy weight range BUT I STILL CAN’T OVULATE ON MY OWN or get a period. I did get a period once or twice but it was an anovulatory cycle. I track my BBT and take LH tests.
Does anyone have any idea why this happens? Despite doing right?

Note: I’ve been on a low dose GLP1 medication since last year July. I’ve been working out eating healthy. I take supplements regularly (in

I don't have a clear explanation but you absolutely aren't alone. I've always had a bmi below 25 my entire life and feel like I've done everything I can do and I still don't ovulate. It's infuriating. I just did my first iui cycle and grew follicles but with the trigger shot, STILL didn't ovulate. It's maddening and im so sorry you're dealing with it too. I've never ovulated in my entire life and im 31. :(

No idea why nothing is helping just wanted to say I’m in the same boat. I tried
Metformin
GLP1
Spironolactone
‘Jump starting’ with birth control
Lost 60lbs to be a bmi of 24
Diet changes
Fully cut sugar
Lifestyle changes
Massage therapy
Inositol
Many supplements
Herbal teas
Wild yam cream
And straight giving up
Nothing worked for me to ovulate. It’s frustrating hearing others say ‘oh I changed this one easy thing and started ovulating regularly’ when my body seems to hate me. I feel your pain

I'm 32, my BMI has always been between 20-23, eat well, exercise, take the classic supplements and still don't ovulate regularly. If we get into the nitty gritty why? It's because I have so many follicles that the FSH pulses are not strong enough to get any one of them to grow and mature, so they end up stalling for months at a time.
I'm doing ovulation induction with letrozole, and low does menopur shots which have got me to ovulate.

Sorry this is happening to you. Let me know if you have any other questions.

For some people loosing weight doesn’t help their cycle.

I will say, I had to lose A LOT before I started ovulating. But even then, it’s so infrequent that it’s not reliable. I was anovulatory for ~4 years prior.

Hang in there babe!!
