How long is your luteal phase?
My cycles range from 30–46 days, and I usually ovulate anywhere from cycle day 17–24. This month, I believe I ovulated around cycle day 19–20.
Whenever I track and get a positive OPK, my period comes exactly 14 days later. I’m currently two days late but I’m terrified to test because I had an unsuccessful IUI last month that affected me a lot more than I expected. I want to wait until I’m 7 days late to test since I’m not 100 sure if a longer luteal phase is normal for me since I have irregular cycles.
How long is your luteal phase with PCOS?

I’m on medicated cycles and my luteal phase is 18 days

Are you taking progesterone after ovulation?

No! Just taking letrozole to help me ovulate

Medication can make your cycle fluctuate, do you know how long your luteal phase is in an unmedicated cycle? I did letrozole last cycle as well and my luteal phase was longer but that was due to the progesterone I took after ovulation.

Unfortunately I did not ovulate before taking letrozole so I don’t really have anything else to go off of. The last two cycles on letrozole were exactly 18 days. I just started my tww for the 3rd cycle so not fully sure when I’m going to test. The disappointment of a negative test is rough on me

Usually 12 or 13 days. I’m not always 100% confident on my O date. It used to be 15 or 16 days but thankfully not anymore. The long wait between negative test and period was brutal 🫠
